About Toolie®

Jocelyn "Toolie" Garner is a speaker, author, and small business technology expert. A 10-year veteran employee of Microsoft Corporation, Ms. Garner traveled to over 30 countries on their behalf, speaking on the Windows operating systems and software development. Toolie's wide and varied experience in the computer business as technical writer, educator, and conference speaker contributed to her passion for Internet business consulting, coaching, and web skill-building.

Toolie left Microsoft in 2003 to start her own publishing business, Tooliedotter Press. Now she works with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and associations to help them get the most from the websites and blogs they already own, and successfully market their products and services over the Internet.
